Water management CSS Replication Workshop and Study Visit

The third event is scheduled for 19 November 2026 in Bruges and Koksijde (Belgium), with a focus on water management solutions. It will bring together project partners, external stakeholders, and members of the CircSyst Community of Practice (CoP) to explore how the solutions developed by our demonstrators in Spain, Slovenia and Belgium can be replicated in other regional contexts. Participants will have the opportunity to discover practical examples of water management solutions, discuss the conditions for successful replication, and exchange with experts and practitioners from across Europe.

The event will be co-organised with VITO (Flemish Institute for Technological Research) and Aquaduin, whose facilities will be visited as part of the programme. The workshop and site visit will both take place in-person.

Highlights from the programme include:

• The CircSyst water management replication workshop in Bruges (9:00 – 12:00 CET);
• The networking lunch (12:00 – 13:20);
• Bus from Bruges to Aquaduin’s facilities;
• A learning study visit to Aquaduin’s facilities in Koksijde, including demonstrations of water recovery and reuse technologies, smart water buffering systems, and nature-based solutions (14:00 -16:00).
