As CircSyst develops and tests nine holistic circular models, a key aspect of these solutions is ensuring their replicability potential. To support this goal, CircSyst will hold a series of replication workshops and study visits, one per value chain, designed to foster peer learning, exchange experiences, and promote the transfer of circular systemic solutions (CSS) across regions and value chains.
The first of these events will take place on 5–6 November 2025 in Lahti, Finland, focusing on biowaste solutions. It will bring together project partners, external stakeholders, and members of the Community of Practice (CoP) to explore how lessons from CircSyst’s Finnish and Spanish demonstrators can inspire replication in other contexts. Participants will gain practical insights into circular biowaste management, discuss enabling conditions for replication, and connect with experts and innovators from across Europe.
Hosted by our Finnish partners, LAB University of Applied Sciences and the University of Helsinki, and co-organised by EURADA, the workshop will be held in hybrid format (in-person and online), followed by exclusive on-site study visits for in-person attendees.
Highlights from the programme include:
