DESCRIPTION:The conference will highlight the importance of circular principles and practices to achieve the UN Sustainable Development Goals and the collaborative\, partnership-led approach we are taking towards meeting those goals. \nAttendees will be encouraged to network widely across sectors and across borders\, sharing ideas\, learnings\, and best practice to inspire the drive towards a circular future. \n\nNetworking\n\n\nA space for professionals from across the circular economy to exchange ideas\, share experiences\, and build long-term collaborations. \n\nSite visits\n\n\nGuided tours showcasing real-life applications of circular economy practices in pioneering businesses and communities. \nThe Business Council for Sustainable Development in Hungary (BCSDH) is the Hungarian partner organization of the World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD). Established in 2007\, BCSDH has more than 150 corporate members\, representing business leaders of companies that contribute 40% of Hungary’s GDP. \nThe organization’s primary goal is to promote the integration and implementation of the three pillars of sustainable development—economic growth\, ecological balance\, and social equity—into corporate practices. \nThe Circular Economy Platform was officially established in Hungary in 2018 as an initiative of the Business Council for Sustainable Development in Hungary (BCSDH)\, the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands\, and the Ministry of Innovation and Technology.
